Is Saddam Innocent..?? Forget America..

Peace be on you,

When i saw News last night that saddam getting Death Penlty.I feel Bit Sympathyy for Saddam..But then I ask Myself Is Saddam Innocent ??

but Things is America is operating all this issue that why i might be bit sad about this..but i would like to listen comment on it ..forget America..forget the Iraq war... just write on Iraqi point of View...IS SADDAM AN INNOCENT.?

But, it does seem like he's changed.

He was a member of the Ba'ath party (a secular party). But now, he's bringing a Qur'an to court everyday and praying.

He may have done bad before, but now I think he's changed. Who's to say that Allah may will that Saddam becomes Muslim in the future?

It's very hard to tell whether or not a man should be sentenced to death. I feel sorry for politicians, juries, and judges who must decide this.

I have to agree with brother Rizwan about having sympathy:shymuslima1: ,everyone does bad and good I will say no -ones perfect in this world.(you have to answer for all your consequence`s later,but I don`t think that should give someone the permission to put a "Death penalty".(I know alot of you will disagree,I ain`t saying that this man is innocent/guilty I ain`t one to judge)
But in my opinion I think even a life sentence would of been enough for that guy!

He is not innocent, he is not even a Muslim, so why do you feel sorry for him?

I know many Iraqis and Kurds who were effected by him, and i have been to Kurdistan in Syrian territory. So his regime was responsible for some of the worst atrocities.

He is just as evil as Bush and Blair, both of whom also deserve to be tried and hanged!! (Although hanging is not something prescribed in Islamic law )

Saddam is in his current state because he made his choice in collaborating with the enemy. His past has come back to haunt him. As whether he is a Muslim or not let Allah decide that.

Things happen for a reason.

Allah knows if he is Muslim or not. It is never for any of us to judge that part of a 'muslim' person unless we knew what was in his/her heart or was with the person 24/7 and know he/she does not pray... etc.

It is of the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet that those families of the murdered say death or take of blood money from Sadam. So many people were affected that most will simply call for death and this is halal according to the Sunnah of our Prophet. Leaving him to live in jail... I doubt the families of the murdered would be ok with that. They should also request the same of his collaborators both in the East and in the West. Especially of those whom were with Sadam while the murders were taking place...

1) One who rape someone.

2)One who is killed someone .

Personally i dont know about saddam history.. if he had killed people in his country i will be most happiest person for his dealth pently because it is sariya which is allah commandment. ALLAH KNOWS BEST.

how we can say to same one saying Allahu Akbar every day he is not a muslim:astag: Brothers and sisters we have to take care to say Sadam hussein is not a muslim but he is a real Muslim we look only what he is saying,the things that he did before was totaly wrong but Allah says:-you who believe!turn to Allah with a sincere repentance! it may be that your Lord will expiete from you your sins. you can read to the finishing Surah 66 At-tahrim Ayah no 8
you can read also in SURAH 39 Az-Zumar ayah 53 TO 59.
Allah is most merciful.

Brother kayote I agree with you when he had a power,he did nothing for islam or his people,we are human we can make mistake but we have chance to turn to Allah,sadam he has got the chance and turn to Allah,he use to say Allahu Akbar and he has Holly Qur,an in his hand every dayso we can,t say he is not.
about shaheed we have to look in which way that Sadam know and who decide to kill him?
