This site seems very funny to me, and and no surprise to me.

Enough arabs on the site so alot of "shirk" threads will be on too...

i saw on thread abt qasidah burdah sharif ....wanted to reply but its like u bombard with "info" then u close it.

Seems very logic.... lol

~yawns!~

im sorry for replying in same thread.

Why do people on here "paste" stuff and close thread? lol , it seems obnoxious.

Let me define a forum "Forums are online user groups that give users a chance to research questions or ask their own"

if u close threads it will not give users to ask Q's?!?

anyone can paste stuff, rather misleading then leading.!

As-salaamu `alaykum.

Welcome to the site.

Regarding your poem, one of the mods merged it with another thread that contains the same poem, then your post was deleted to remove repitition. Jazaak Allaah khayr for putting it up anyway.

And we are not here to discuss the Qaseedah Buraidah. Quantity and length of posts do not amount to proof, rather it is the quality of what is written. Some of what was mentioned was not referenced and in clear contradiction to some well known authentic ahaadeeth; some of these issues not relating to the main subject anyway, so it was closed. Anyway, we wish not to discuss that.

Hope that's clear.

Wa`alaykum salaam.

We allow discussion, what we don't like is heated-up arguments. We have seen many forums out there where people battle about many issues, stemming off of threads like that. Some of the `Ullemah say that it has shirk in it (the poem) others don't. However as Muslims we should look for the truth and adhere to that. There are many different versions of the poem, some of them are abridged and don't contain controversial points like the extended versions.

ok as u stated "diffence of opinion"? if this site is so called to spread the truth why not post both sides of arguments and then close the thread?

Thing is my dear friend, if i paste info and close thread people with no knowledge read it and then say ok its shirk.

what i posted, explain the verses which ppl think its shirk, but as u stated it wasnt authentic to meet ur standards i guess.

Anyways , its all good, i am not here to meet the standards with anyone, or comply with the terms.

Akhi you have misunderstood me. I din't say what you posted wasn't authentic, I was referring to the old closed thread. Anyway the old and closed thread does show both sides of the argument. Your post was removed so as not to cluster the forums with repeated discussion. If you look around, you will see that certain threads are bound to get closed, even when the subjects pop up again and again. An example is the many threads about polygamy, I won't even say why (might create another argument), but if you look you will see that they always end up closed.

Hope that clarifies, like I said, I wasn't referring to your post.

Fair douze mate. i would just like to say sometimes similar matters have so many different outcomes so its not that if one thread has been made on a topic u cant make another thread on it...

however i understand...
