First of all you need to understand that even if you learn how to speak english fluently you will still be different from those who use it as a first language take me for instance, i was taught british english but i don't speak like british because i am influenced by my mother tongue(s) but again this differs from person to person, country to country etc. So as long as people understand what you are saying then everything is ok. After here the next
step would be to learn the basics, because it's good to start with a firm foundation & then continue from there. You want to learn to speak english fluently then you must bare in mind that it's a slow process at the beginning just like any other thing but after a while you will find it easy.
I would suggest that you buy some books because just using the net isn't sufficient enough. You should also learn english phonetics, because this will help you to correctly pronounce the words in english & also make note of the difference between american & british english phonetics.
I can assure that there is no tricks in learning to speak fluent english or any other subject for that matter, because learning itself is process that is gained step by step & there is no easy way out, you have to work hard & keep your spirits high always.
