Every physical relationship in any unnatural way is prohibited in Islam. This prohibition either is explicitly mentioned in scriptures or is prohibited by ijtihad. We don't hate the sinner but the sin.

Was Hz Ali RA born in Ka'aba isn't important at all. His greatness isn't proven by this story. He was great because of his virtues and characteristics.
