Divorce

I am asking this question on behalf of my sister.

If a man out of anger shouts to his wife "TALAQ, TALAQ, TALAQ" or you are "DIVORCED, DICORCED, DIVORCED" does that count as a single divorce or three? Because in the Quran Allah sw says divorce is twice if I am not mistaken. So what if a husband while angry shouts to his wife he divorced her a million times? What is the ruling in such a case?

I believe it only counts as one time because it hads to be said on three seperate occassions . I will try and find something to back this up.

This varies from different school of thought if I'm not wrong. From what I understand, Imam Hanafi, its considered only one time. And as for Imam Syafie, its considered 3 times.
