a Hindu man was telling his experienced on Malaysian tv in 'Islam Hadhari' programme make me set my eyes on tv that morning .
his story began as he said after he was hit by a rare illness. his name is Rengan and despite having this illness he is a healthy man. his illness always striked him when he is in the crowd, he will kept purging all of sudden which made himself embarrassed.
firstly he went to the clinic to chk to the doctor but later refered to hospital but not cure as the doctor there unable to pinpoint his sickness as his bowel according to the doctor was alright.
since he was a Hindu, later he went to Hindu temple to get help from Hindu priest but after few months, the illness still never disappeared. later thru' his friend's adviced he went to Buddhist monk for help but still no different. he said that he almost helpless but never in his mind to think of whether to approached a muslim for help.
but when someone gave him idea to get help from an Imam of the masjid near by his hse, he went there the following day. he waited until all the muslim went home then he approached the Imam and told about his condition and ask if the Imam can help.
that Imam soon asked him to bring an ampty clean bottle and asked him to fill it with the pipe water.
while he waited outside of the masjid he saw the Imam reciting Ayaat from AlQur'an on the bottle and gave it to him to bring home to drink. the Imam told him in case if he's cured it means that he (Imam) is not the one who cured him but with Allah Permission.
soon one morning he went to the masjid to look for the Imam to say his thanks as his problem already over, he cured from that rare sickness after finishing the water in that bottle.
since that day he became very fond of the Imam of that masjid and always pay a visit to that masjid. one day the Imam invited him if he can come during the night as the Imam will be in the masjid that night, so he can ask more about Islam.
after his witr prayer the Imam sat with Rengan again and they chit chat till almost fajr. during their conversation suddenly he heard clearly that someone gave them salam
'assalamualeykoom' but when they turned around they saw nobody. later they heard the 'salam' again, both of them aswered the salam but when they looked around again they saw a white shadow passed by them.
that morning after fajr prayer Rengan recited the khaleemah shahada, alhamdoolillah.
