1) can we chat to girl like online on msn i mean is it allowed
2)can i watch movies like harry potter or animated movies which is clean of bad language and sexual image.

chatting with the opposite sex is not appropiate. for many reasons, one for example, no one (parents, siblings, spouse etc) really knows what your doing and who your talking to so you can do it with out having (if not fear of Allah), fear of at least being caught or something, also many times both girls n guys in general use chatting as very innocent and simple talk but as i have seen it so many times that relationships start just from a small thing like msn or aim. The piece of wood can burn the entire forest.

1. If you are doing it seriously for dawah purpose its ok. Otherwise no.

2. Hollywood.. waste of time. Umm i would recommend you to visit TROID.ORG and download an audio lecture on Harry Potter and how dangerous it is to expose our kids to these "PG13" movies.
