Removing bad habits

I want to get rid of bad habits...Like i used to watch bad movies... and i used to have a bad things in my mind...how can i get rid of it...and also i did lots of bad things in my mind(cant explain)..
and my second problem is i cant manage the relationship between frnds... i dnt know wats the problem...with me or with them...
i pray salah too.
