will Allah reward us for following weak hadeeth?

:salam2:,

if i do some act based on Hadeeth but actually it was not said by prophet (peace be upon him), will i get reward?

eg. if i recite Surah Waqiah to avoid poverty. And as its a weak hadeeth, so if prophet (pbuh) did not tell this; will Allah really save me from poverty?

Many well known and trusted scholars and Ulama such as Ibn-taimia or Ibn-Kathir used to rely on week hadiths in making a certain point.

But all scholars and Ulama agreed that a week hadith cannot be used as Dalil or proof for making a Fatwa or Tashri' (ruling).
