Want to Use that video for Dawah

Mashallah I'm EXTREMELY happy for our dear respected brother Loon, but what I DON'T like is that alJazeera put Haraam video footage of half naked girls sex dancing!
I would REALLY love to use this video for my one Dawah project, but those footages are the only problem. Can any brother or sister blur or black out that part of the video (the one in the split screen)?
Like for example:
an example of that part being "blurred out"
and then an example of that part being "blacked out"
