I will answer this question myself.These words were stated by our beloved Prophet at a time when he was in Hira cave,he was hiding in cave with Hazrat Abu Bakar (RA).He stated these words when Kafirs were pursuing the Prophet Muhammad(PBUH).He consoled Hazrat Abu Bakar against the Kafirs and he stated these words.

"Relax! Allah is with us, and Allah will save us!"
