Wht to do with lots of Qurbani (udhiyah) meat?

can we give the excess qurbani meat to others which we get frm other relatives/friends if there's no space in freezer to store it?

should we tell them that it is not frm our own qurbani?

i dont know wheather to say that the meat is from ur qurbani or not .......... But you can surely give it brother .........
