I am here to share this interesting thing which i dont remember where i found it. Simply on windows desktop right click and choose from 'new' 'shortcut'. Thereupon type this mms://38.96.148.74/Quran2 as the location of the item, click next to name it, then click finish and u r done. Now stay aback and see what it is all about and dont forget to let me know .
