Assalam 'Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Staring at the sun-set, I was truly amazed
Wondering where it was going, leaving my world dark
A knock alarmed my mind in a sudden
A Hadith ran quickly in my memory
"Sun sets and moves to prostrate to its Lord"
MashaAllah! Allaaaaahu Akbar! I could not stop my voice

A fear and a hope, a happiness and a sorrow
Will it come up in East or West?
Have I gathered enough today or not?
Teary the eyes became, when I knew I lost it
Crying was the heart, when I remembered I am 22, empty handed

Thank You O Allah, for being patient with me
I assure You that I am gonna change, with Your help
"O IbnAdam!!", I turned to the call of my soul
"It is time for Maghrib!", it said to me, paving a road from my forested memory
"Sure my soul, you will see me as you wanted since 22 years ago", I said​

Now, at this moment, sun is setting in Maldives.

JazakiAllahu khairan sister. I opened TTI not to write anything like that, but when I saw the sun was going to set, that's what ran through my brain, and it has turned to be my 2nd so called poem. I know I am horrible in it.

Ameen wa Iyyakum dear sisters.

By the way, when I write, it just pops up in mind without much of thinking. Is that a bad way? Because I heard before that we should plan what we are gonna write, ahead to start. In my case, it just continues and gets finished within a couple of minutes, may be 10.
