This is an audio tape also written how an apartment manager was doing a routine check of the apartments and found one that was suspicious. It had 2 beds, computers, pictures of terrorists, no other furniture and no clothes. He called 911 about it. It ended up being a NYPD spy house. The officers there spied on Masjids, recorded the events of Muslim student groups, and eavesdropped on Muslims in cafe's.
In other words, wasted tax money.
