Sunnah Authentic Dua to Say When Going to Sleep!

(107) Chapter: What to say when going to sleep

Narrated Hafsah, Ummul Mu'minin:

When the Messenger of Allah wanted to go to sleep, he put his right hand under his cheek and would then say: O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the day when Thou raisest up Thy servants. Three times.*

(( Allahumma Qini 'Azabaka Yawma Tab'athoo Ibaadak ))

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ سَوَاءٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ ‏"‏ اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ ‏.
صحيح دون قوله ثلاث مرار (الألباني)
*Al-Albani (r) : "Authentic without the saying three times."

The shaikh has compared the whole wording with others and found that the three times wasn't sahih compared to the rest of the statement.

That's also authentic. I learned this first actually before learning the one posted by Mabsoot. It's in the Hisnul Muslim maashaa'Allaah.

بِاسْـمِكَ اللّهُـمَّ أَمـوتُ وَأَحْـيا. البخاري مع الفتح 11/113 ومسلم 4/2083

Bismikal-lahumma amootu wa-ahya.
‘In Your name O Allah, I live and die.’
[Bukhari 11/113, Muslim 4/2083]

I never knew about this dua. Will quickly write it down on my phone.
The other things which we should read before going to sleep are :
1. SubhanAllah 33 times
2. Allahu Akbar 34 times
3. Alhumdulillah 33 times
I have also been taught to read Surah Nas & Surah Falak, Surah Ikhlas and Ayat ul kursi.
Are these authentic? Could anyone say?
