Do Not Cry . . . Death . . .

Do Not Cry

Do not cry, if i were to die
Before the sun rose in its very next pose
All I want you to do, is to sit before Allah
With eyes all wet, reading the Kalimah.

Do not cry, as if to miss me,
But let it be alone to ask for forgiveness.
I lie there in my grave, so helpless you see,
You can light it up, by praying for me.

Do not cry, for there is a choice,
The dark gloomy room, isn't that precise.
For one it maybe, as bright as the sun,
For another, as dull as none.

Do not cry, its never too late,
You still can try, it is yourself that you must update.
Ask me my friend, I know now what it meant,
All the warnings Allah sent, of that which finally will come.

Do not cry, just as I came, you too will be here someday,
So take life seriously and not as a play,
Again my friend, just as i repeat,
The angel is someone, you cannot defeat.

Do not cry, for I cry worse,
As you go home, you leave me alone.
I cried your name, yes I did,
But you did not listen, and went un-did...

Do not cry for me, I lay there 'neath the mud,
Begging you, to beg The Almighty not to give me a thud.
These are the few words I wrote, to let you know my plea,
They are just the things, we always wanted to flee.
