Assalamu 'alaykum, In an Islamic Khilafah, will non-Muslims be able to buy/sell/drink alcohol or do drugs? Will they be able to conduct same-sex marriages? I understand that they will have their own courts but what laws of the Khilafah apply to non-Muslims and what laws don't apply? Also...

They mock the Jilbaab, yet when the educated people graduate they all wear it. :P
