As far as i know Subhanallah - 33 times / Alhamdullillah - 33times & Allahuakbar - 34 times these should be recited after every farz (congregational) prayer & it is not 10 times each. ofcourse it is beneficial if one recites them at any time of the day because if you recite them then every thing...
