ok Thanks for your replies, so i can't reach salvation by following the Quran the word of Allah alone? Even though Allah says that all i need is in the Quran.

i guess i am asking why I am considered not a muslim if i only follow the teachings of the Quran in there perfect detailed and completeform? It doesn't show a lack of love for Allah or the Prophit(pbuh). just because i don't feel i need that extra guidance provided by hadith.
