المختصر / كشفت صحيفة بريطانية النقاب عن مساعٍ فرنسية لسحب الجنسية من المهاجرين الذين يُطبّقون تعاليم الإسلام مثل تعدد الزوجات أو ختان الإناث.
وقالت صحيفة "الديلى تليجراف" في عددها الصادر اليوم الاثنين: إن ميول فرنسا نحو اليمين لازال مستمرًا بعد أن دعا وزير الداخلية بريس أورتيفيو بسحب الجنسية من المهاجرين الذين يُمارِسون تعدد الزوجات أو ختان الإناث.
وأوضح أورتيفيو أنّ هذا العقاب قد لا ينحصر تطبيقه على المهاجرين فقط، ولكن على هؤلاء الذين لهم خلفية أجنبية حتى لو كانوا قد وُلِدوا على الأراضي الفرنسية.
وتأتِى تصريحات وزير الداخلية بعد استجواب مسلم فرنسي من أصل جزائري بشأن زواجه من امرأة ثانية بين عامي 2003 و2007، وقد اتّهم بالفعل بالحصول على آلاف الجنيهات من مساعدات الدولة لإنجابه 25 طفلًا من زوجات مختلفات.
وقال أورتيفيو: إنه إذا ما تَمّ إدانة الرجل فإنه من المحتمل أن يتجرد من الجنسية الفرنسية في إطار حرب وطنية على "الانحراف عن مبادئ الدولة"، وأوضح أنه ستقدم مقترحات جديدة في وقت لاحق من هذا الشهر يمكن تحويلها إلى قوانين ملزمة. هذا بينما يقول معارضون: إن مثل هذه الإجراءات يمكن أن تكون غير دستورية. يذكر أن الرئيس الفرنسي دعا إلى سحب الجنسية من مهاجرين قاموا بأعمال شغب وهجوم ضد الشرطة في مدن الأقلية المسلمة.
