مسلمون بإيطاليا يصلون التراويح في كنيسة


المختصر / في واقعة تشهد بمدى القرب والتسامح بين الديانات السماوية، خصّصت كنيسة إيطالية مكاناً للمسلمين تابعاً لها لإقامة الصلوات خلال شهر رمضان وخاصة صلاة التراويح.

وأفادت وسائل إعلام إيطالية أن كاهن كنيسة القديس نازريو في مدينة فاريزي، شمال إيطاليا فرانكو كارنافيللي، خصص مكاناً خلف الكنيسة كان يستعمل لركن السيارات ليتمكن المسلمون من إقامة الشعائر الدينية وتأدية الصلوات طوال شهر رمضان وذلك من اجل تعزيز الحوار بين الأديان والثقافات.

ونقلت عن كارنافيللي قوله ان الجالية المسلمة سألتني اين يمكننا الصلاة؟ ويبدو لي أنه من الصائب توفير مكان لمن يريد الصلاة.

وأضاف: "في السنوات السابقة لم تحدث أية مشكلة من المسلمين لذا قمنا بهذه المبادرة".

وكانت بلدية فاريزي أغلقت في العام 2005 مكانا كان يؤدي المسلمون فيه الصلاة، بحجة عدم مطابقته للشروط الصحية، ومنذ ذلك الحين يؤدون صلاة الجمعة أمام مبنى البلدية كنوع من الاحتجاج.

ومن جهته، عبّر رئيس الجالية الإسلامية في المدينة حميد ختاوي عن سعادته بمبادرة الكنيسة، وأضاف لكننا نبحث عن مكان دائم لإقامة الصلوات.
