A halaal job?

Salam alaikum,

I know I'm only 14 but seeing that life is going so fast I want to inshaAllah prepare for my career...

1. Can someone please list some of the halal jobs? (as many as you can/want)

2. I know free-mixing isn't allowed but I'm thinking of going university if Allah wills, is this a bad idea (in England since I know no other language other than Albanian which isn't even fluent)?

3. Did Khadija (R.A) used to do trading?

4.I'm in a western-estate so please reply with jobs that won't discriminate me!

I would think a Halaal Job would be any job that does not make you show off your body to strange men and strangers, along with any job that does not make you sell products like Alcohol, and Pork.

I would be careful though on this because I have lived in South Africa and USA and now live in Emirates(I am Emirati) and I noticed in USA Muslims working at stores could not refuse to sell alcohol based on their religion. I had a friend who was hired to work at a grocery store that sold Liquor and he did not know this and when he refused to sell Liquor based on being a Muslim they told him to go home and not come back.

I would say doctor, lawyer, professor, teacher, chef for restaurant, artist, working at a store that is Halaal perhaps would all be options?

I wish you luck, I do not know how your nation treats Muslims who refuse to sell alcohol at their job if they are asked to. I know in USA they will be fired or dismissed.

Good thing you are thinking about the future. I would recommend you to get a job that would help others and not destroy them at all. A job that would let you practice your faith. Medical fields (am not fan of plastic surgeons though) is great since you get to help others while you protect yourself from wrongdoings.
