A "hmm" Question

Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Lately, I've been asking this question and getting different responses..

If you see someone about to eat something while they're fasting ( because they forgot) should you remind them?

Some said that it is a gift from Allah (SW) and you shouldn't interfere but let them remember themselves.

Others say that you should tell them because it would be wrong to just sit there and watch them eat.

What do you think?

tell them . day before yesterday, i did the same with my friend.

what i read in fiqh book was if a person is strong and healthy, you stop him/her. if he/she is weak, its better not to.
