I came across this and thought it may benefit some who are reading the Quran and would like a grouping of subjects. There is also a lot more aids that can be found at http://www.understandquran.com/courses/full-course/english.html
I attached to this post a summarized list of topics for the whole Quran. If you are having trouble read the Quran this will definitely help since each topic is grouped with relating verses.
Another note to those who are new into reading the Quran. There is something called the reason of the revelation. Not all but there are many verses that were revealed to address the situations experienced by the prophet PBUH. These were to correct and modify behavior with certain topics. The other note would be what we call Hadith, these are so important because they clarify what is in the Quran and they teach us in detail how to apply.
So when you hear Quran and Sunnah, the Sunnah is the hadith that relate what the Prophet PBUH said and did.
