A Puzzled Mind In Need Of Peace..

Belated Eid Mubarak To You All.. :)

I know this issue which i am gg to talk abt has been asked my many, u guys must have spoken and discussed about it alot.. But still it keeps coming in my mind, creeping in silently.. Mayb I need to have more control over my nafs, InshaAllah.. But at times, my mind goes bizarre with soo many thoughts running at the same time.. Well basically questions which rattle my mind are,

Why are Muslims not following Islam properly? When they have such a glorious, humanitarian, peace-giving source "The Holy Quran", i wonder why so many ppl don't respect it, or pay any heed to it? Why is that there are soo many problems in the Middle East, Syria, Somalia, Egypt(sometime back), Palestine and Gaza, Iran etc..? Why is that everytime media targets Muslims, these days when i open the paper to read or switch on the tv to watch the news, only thing i see is this guy killing that person, rape, molestation, deaths, corruption etc..? ( I dont know how much of media is true, i lost faith in it totally ) I respect an love Islam soo much, Alhamdulilah, but when i see Muslims, i feel so depressed, they go abt burning vehicles, killing ppl, destroying idols of other religion etc..? At times, i feel humans(not just muslims) give preference to emotions where mind is required and to mind where emotions are required, Why is that Muslims(specifically the terrorist ones) in the name of religion and Allah(SWT) go abt killing ppl and completely do opposite of what Islam says? Those ppl call it, Jihad, but when i came to know the actual meaning of Jihad, i was dumb-struck, stumped and in tears!! Why is that there is still plethora of killings, rapes, cheating, lying, foeticide, infanticide, drinking and smoking etc.? Why is that muslims are called terrorists, just cox of a few of them do that way? Why is that Muslims are called fanatics? What about the ppl who do good work, noble work, helping others, what would happen to them? Wont they get a place in heaven? Why only Muslims should get a place in heaven, why not others? Why? Why? Why? There are soo many questions which run in my mind, i do realise it Shaitan at its best and also know the solution lies in Quran.. But at present, am not allowed to read Quran too at home :( they took it off from me sob sob!!

At times i wish, what would happen, how nice it would be, if everyone followed Islam in the world, with the basic amt of faith, the world would become such a lovely place to live, Alas!! i feel its gonna remain a dream only.. :( Am not looking for peace, just within my home, city, state, country.. But beyond these boundaries, the whole world living in harmony and peace..

When i look at the world around and things gg on, i feel its better to shut myself in a room and never move out.. Maybe am paranoid, i know not.. At times, i feel i dont belong to this age, this generation of ppl at all.. I hardly see anyone saying, "Son, stick to ur principles they matter the most" or anyone say me "Be a good human first, then everything ll come to you", has that age gone? Or am living in 60's/70's period? Everyone says to me, "earn, build ur career, you ve to settle" I am not saying that there are no good ppl in the world at all.. There are, but damn!! Where are they?? I am pretty simple person, i laugh, smile, do whole lot of non-stop jabbering(InshaAllah ll reduce it), i want freedom, i love peace and truth is very dear to me.. :) Silly issues, i tell u.. Such silly issues, ppl kill eachother, brawl over eachother.. Its very sad seeing all those, at times i feel may Allah(SWT) forgive me for this and have mercy on me, its better not to live anymore.. :( :'(
* Rem a hadiths of Prophet(SAW) - " A time ll come, when a man passes the grave and he wishes he was in there " not sure of the exact wordings, but soo damn TRUE!!! *

P.S - I aint targeting muslims alone, i know even non-muslims do evil stuffs.. But it throws a bad image on Islam, and it hurts and bleeds my heart.. :'( I didn mean to hurt anybody's sentiments, i do apologize if i have.. :( Sorriee.. Jus venting out my frustation/views/anger/worries..

Yes, your post is a bigger picture flavor of "Why ME" i.e., "WHY WE". The issues are not silly. From first thread of yours, I can say, it was evident, the rant factor. You have your reasons for the rant.
And, Humans need guidance, You and I need it. The first sanctuary of peace and harmony is our own self. Getting our priorities around fulfilling 'purpose of life' right first, is first the step. Its the test each one has to win and everything falls in place... May Almighty make it easier for each of us... Ameen

My dear brother,
Don't be badly influenced by the media nor by the wasasa nor by your own ego nor by what the people do but look with the eyes of your soul at this world, look at it while saying what Rasulullah(sallallah Alaihy wa sallim) said: Oh Allah show me things as they really are and not as they appear to be. My dear brother we all have free choice muslims and non-muslims and we're gonna be judged by our intentions that's why Allah says in the Quran that if He wanted He could have made all people in the world BELIEVERS but he didn't cause He wants to see wether we're gonna be sincere or not, my dear brother look at the deen in the deen and not in the worse people who ''practice it'' and remember what people like Rasulullah himself and his companions had to suffer to give us the chance to bow our heads to the TRUTH..Allah!! they gave up everything for Allah and for us and what are we giving up today? very little..but Allah promises us that the victory in the end will be ours in this life and for sure inch'Allah in the akhira, so be patient, have faith and follow a persona advice from me..when people will come to you and aslo wasasa and all sorts of bad examples, situations and bad examples from the so-called-muslims just..suffocate the wasasa by filling your heart and mind with just one thought..:''WHAT WOUDL ALLAH,AL RAHMAN AL RAHIM SAY? WHAT WOULD RASULULLAH DO?'' i'm sure you won't be able to think of ANY POSSIBLE BAD THING INCH'ALLAH if you're sincere and your heart is pure..oh and one last thing..if you have fear that darkness may sneak up in you then fight it with the best of LIGHT the light of dhikr..the remembrance of Allah who said: remember Me and I WILL REMEMBER YOU!'' :)
and may Allah forgive you, me and all the believer for verily He is arham al rahimeen.
