As-salaamu `alaikum warahmatullaah!

I pray you're all doing well by the mercy of Allaah `azza wa jall!

'Bout two weeks ago, I was told that my uncle's wife's sister's husband's brother's(That's a mouthful, I know...but I don't know what to else label her as, besides that & lil' sister in Islaam) 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with Lukemia.

Laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaah!

I always hear about people with cancer but this is actually the first time it has happened to someone I know and have met. Wallaahi I'm still in shock. Just goes to show that I've been taking my health for granted. =(

Ruwaidah, that's her name btw, was admitted into the hospital for a bit the week before last the last one but then got out and was back in, I believe, just Yesterday.

This family has been through so much, subhaanallah! I remember the eldest daughter got married last Summer and things just went downhill for them after that. Then she got pregnant and it got much worse and then when things were just starting to look better, they find out the little one has cancer. Subhaanallah.

I still haven't gone to see her yet but my friend spoke with the mom and what was she saying? "Alhamdulillaah `alaa kulli haal!" Allaahu Akbar. I can't imagine how she must be feeling right now as a mother... But here she is saying, "Alhamdulillaah!"

But anyways, I just wanted to ask you guys to include the little one and her family in your suplications. I plan to go see them sometime this week(if not tomorrow), bi'idhnillaah so any message you guys(and gals) might have for them, I'm happy to pass it along!

O' Allaah, Granter of Good Health, give shifaa to your ill servants for You are able to do All things!! Aamiin.

Ya Rab! Forgive me..
Asalamualykum,
aww sister, such a sad story. It cant be easy for them.
Of course she and her family are in our duas.
Try to lend as much support as you can. Even though they might seem strong on the outside, sometimes they may just need someone to break down with... just be there for them, make lots of dua as we all will be making and the rest is with Allah. He is Almighty. Anything can happen through His will.

Assalaam walaikum,

With difficulty comes ease. The family is strong. And Allah loves those who remain firm in times of tests. Please tell the family they are in are dua.

( please accept my sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows for the little angel)
