Addition of a new icon for messages

Can we have an addition of a new icon called CONFUSED/CONFUSION for messages?

In my previous post in this section, I have posted a thread 'What is the difference....' and I was finding a suitable icon for it such as CONFUSED/CONFUSION but it was not there in those list of icons.
So, I had no other choice but to select the icon QUESTION for that thread, even though I did not have a question, but I actually had a confusion.
