advice needed about jinn

would be grateful for some advice on thiss matter,as iknow almost nothing about this matter]]

i visted a friend yesterday a revert sister,and among a group of women she socialises with ,is one who is possesed by jinn


this woman was married as a seond wife to a saudi man ,and has 2 small daughters,,

but she now is said to be possesed of jinn and seperated from her hsuband,,

she has told my friends,thast the jinn talks to her,appears to her children,has even attacked her brother,,
apparently she was possesed by two but a shaikh removed one but is unable to shift this one..

my friend is worried as she told them it may leave her and pass to them

my friend has daughters who are afraid to be near this woman

please advice as the matter of jinn possesion has aways puzzled me ,and is my friend right to feel scared...

Asalamu Aleykum sister.

How did the second Jinn get in her? Was it by choice (of the Jinn) or black magic (if a Jinns posses someone because of black magic, then that Jinn is being FORCED to posses that person (by the leader of its tribe and a black magician), and if it doesn't, then it could get tortured by its tribe's leader).

If the Jinn got inside her by choice, then I think the Sheikh should recite the execution verse (its a verse that, when recited, a Sheikh can run the edge of his hand on the throat 3x and behead/slit the throat of the Jinn), OR the verse wich causes their body to burn/melt (2:148) until the Jinn leaves. And IF the Jinn is there by black magic, then I think the Sheikh should tell it to embrace Islam (after reciting a lot of verses on that Jinn).

As for the sister, then she should do a complete Ghusl and always have Wudhu (before she gets possesed). And if she wants to play a Quran CD, then she should say Bismillah before plugging it in and before turning it on. And Surah Baqarah is a really good Surah to repel Jinn.

Bismillah, first sister if the jinn is by black magic then i strongly advice you to investigate the root problem i.e it may be hair & personal stuff extracted from her. The worst is food given to her with spells on it, if that food is digested it will be even harder to expel the jinn.
This is a really common situation in my community(somali). The methods used by our sheikhs is quit un-orthodox, but it really does work. But this is with regards to the jinns that posses with their or other pples will.
First, you should never show any signs of mercy i.e like giving it beverages or doing anything it asks of you. Be strict with it.
Secondly, once possesed, tie the sisters little last fingers(pinky) both of the legs and hands. This is their only point of entry. Ask it what it wants and be strict with it, if it is non muslim, beat it with a stick while reciting quran on it. If it is muslim it will probably read the same verses of the quran that you are reading, if this happens first tell it to just leave for the sake of Allah. If this doesnt work, hold the middle of both shoulders(this is its sitting place), then take some piece of metal or knife & threaten to kill it until it agrees to leave and never come back. Then untie the fingers so that it may leave.
The sister should then try to constantly have wudhu & abstain from music, recite/listen to Quran, avoid places with dirt or trash and seek refuge with Allah. Inshallah

I know this is irrevelant but i have a black cat near our house.It doesn't seem normal.It sits at the doorsteps of every house.And even if someone scares it,it doesn't give any sings of being scared like other cats.Something is different in it's eyes like it understands what we are saying.It doesn't even looks hungry like other cats.

I am not suggesting that everyone is possessed by a jinn but there is something out there that psychiatry can not define.

I am troubled by the randomness of the possessions. You never hear about them in the Western world. I wonder why.

Reading Surah Al Baqarah might help(it's powerful,trust me) as according to mahfoom of a hadith ,shaytaan doesnt enter house in which Surah Baqarah is recited.Also as brothers and sister have suggested,ayatul kursi,surah ikhlas mu'awwidhatayn(al falaq and an nas) recitation will help inshaallah.

All the cures of diseases and help comes from Allah.Place trust in Him alone.
Nothing is worth fearing except Allah.Nothing!
Allah says in Qur'an,in the interpretation of meaning:

That is only Satan who frightens [you] of his supporters. So fear them not, but fear Me, if you are [indeed] believers.[3:175]

There's a lot of information about Jinn and jinn possession all over the internet. However you do have to be very careful about where you get your information from. There are a lot of false things said about jinn and possession treatment on the net, so you cannot trust all sources. With that said, jinn are creatures created by Allah. They have an advantage over us because we cannot see them whereas they can see us, they also have other special skills specific to them that Allah gave them. They can be dangerous because they are able to enter the body of humans and once they do they can make someone sick and mess with the person's brain. Just like us, they follow all types of different religions, and there are good and bad kinds of jinn. Some are Muslim and some are non-Muslims. With regard to your friends' concern about possibly getting possessed by jinn because she's near a woman who is possessed, this is not the only time she can get possessed. We all know that everything happens only with the will of Allah. Secondly, any one can get possessed if he/she is not protected by being close to Allah, reading the prescribed adkaars(morning, and night) and not staying away from bad things.

Tell her to always read ayatul kursi, the three quls and to always say tawakal 'alalaah before she leaves her home and say bismilaah before she enters her home; she should do the same for her kids(there's also a specific du'a one can read for children); this is protection not just from jinn but from all other evil and harm. Then InshaAllah she should have nothing to worry about. Tell her to just put her trust in Allah; tell her not to fear jinn at all they are Allah's slaves just like us, and that they cannot harm us if we put our trust in Allah.

She should also read some books on Jinn to get more related information. There are a lot of good books out there on this subject.

Why are people so fascinated by jinn possession. I feel that we could have a section on TTI dedicated to jinns and there would be posts and threads running all day and night.

I am totally in the dark about the fascination. Could you educate me. Muslims and jinn possessions beats alien encounters and ghosts. Why?

Almighty reveals he created Jinn and Ins. And reliable facts, stories and rumors do tell us, that Jins exist. They fall in realm of unseen. Those who seem to have true knowledge , its said do not reveal much!
Now above is fact based on Quran.


Every community seems tos have a notion of these unseen, Among Muslims its Jinn, Among the buddhists its the spirit, South america has is ghost possession stories, Sub continent Hindus view it as divinity! Europe had witches... Some regions of world seem to have an excess concentration of such news, others seem to be void of it!

I was told that these incidents happen more in places where Humans adopt black magic to acheive their ends... Might be thats one of reasons, why west has less stories because they are less into such practices!
