Are we pleased with good descriptions of the Prophet by Non Muslims

While we can proud of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) appearing as the first or greatest figure in the 100, we should as Muslims reflect what it means for Non Muslims to speak with reverence about the Prophet (SAW) and as such lessen our respect for those who do so. Why?

-Will any of the authors or speakers alter their lifestyle in accordance with the Sunnah
-Will they ask for, request, work for or demand society adjust to meet or diverge to towards the Sunnah
-Will they do anything seriously significant to show that they respect the Prophet?

In this sense, it is better to not give any credibility, display emotional happiness and contentment or believe their words have any real meaning. If there is any sincerity in their words, it is usually limited to aspects of 'brilliance' and not full and total respect. To sum up, if we don't take our religion from them, we shouldn't take their words as gospel gold either.
