In the business area of MID TOWN MAN HATTAN in New York a new BAR is opened in the name of APPLE MECCA which is familiar to KAABA MAKKAH. This bar will be used for supply of Wine and Drinks. The Muslims of New York are pressurizing Government of USA not open this BAR.

I looked it up, it's actually the entrance to an apple store (Where they sell stuff from apple, no alcohol, just things like iphones), they covered it with black while it was under construction (from what I read)... It's actually all glass, you can see it on their website:

(Compare to the top photo, so you can see its the same thing).

Asalaam aleakum,

I am often mystified when I see rumors like these start on the web, with the intent to inflame and anger Muslims. For instance, a chain letter has been circulating now for years that Denmark was going to have public Quran burning done (this weekend) and therefore we should boycott Denmark products. Though time and time again it proven to be false the chain letter continues to circulate and Muslims continually get angered and sign petitions against a non-event.

Who is starting these lies and toward what end? It makes me suspect that some group out there is trying to misdirect our attention towards lesser issues and away from the real problems such as the ummahs over all lack of knowledge about the Quran and Sunnah.Or maybe they want us signing petitions over TacoBell/PizzaHut/KFC supposed sending money to some overseas country instead of rising in one voice that the illegal aparthied and choking of our Muslim brothers and sisters off their land (Palestine) is unacceptable?

While many here will tell you I am usually the most outspoken against conspiracy theories I really wonder about these untruths spread to Muslims. (that we deciminate before verifying their authenticity) I am just tossing some musings I have been having lately....just my to cents.
