aztec book of destiny? has no contradictions?

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters, I was just curious as to this "book of destiny" The Aztec Book of Destiny ... What in the world exactly is it? My brother told me it has no contradictions in it (when I told him that the Quran has no contradictions in it). He also said that it "prophesied" and "predicted" alot of things and it all came true.

I am confused in the matter, Inshallah one of the more knowledgeable people here can explain me through this
