Baked Hammour


Ingredients:

Hammour fillet 300 g
Baby carrots, sliced 150 g
Butter 75 g
Spring onion cut lengthwise 75 g
Chopped parsley 25 g
Olive oil 100 ml
Cracked black pepper 20 g
Lemon, cut into segments 1

For crumbles:
Lemon rind, grated 20 g
Sea salt 40 g
White breadcrumbs 100 g
Chopped coriander 30 g
Fresh red chili, deseeded and chopped 10 g
Fresh ground pepper


Preparation:
• Make a bed spring onion in a baking dish, place fish fillet on top.
• Place lemon segments on top and sprinkle parsley over
• Drizzle olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ‘C for 10 minutes
• Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the crumble and spread it over the fish when done,
• Grill till the crumble is golden in color
• Serve with baby carrots.
