BOIL it in the water before eating, one method. oR eat Raw eat very little small amount per day or every other day. don't over eat it.
IF SOMEBODY DOES not LIKE TO EAT ginger or garlic Please don't force them. just tell them nicely. if they still don't want it, don't force them to eat anyone
