salamualikum...it is regarding my name....... there's a problem...
my mother had kept my name as shazia, when she was nice....
and now she is not stable, so i dont think so i can change my name...
for, i need my moms permission for that..
my mom doesn't even talk to me, then how can i take her permission......

you can change your name InshaAllah if you don't feel it good. ask some one knowledgeble, find a good islamic name for yourself and you can have the name. Its your name and you can talk, discuss with your mother for that.Inshaallah she would be happy to have better name for yourself. i don't find that big issue, and InshaAllah you can change it. may Allah make things easy for you. may u and ur family be in the best of health and under Allah's blessings always
i know it must be tough for not being able to talk to ur own mother
but inshaAllah if there's nothing much u can to do to break the 'no-communication', try treating her as nice as u can
maybe then she'll want to have a talk to u inshaAllah
regarding ur current name as long as it has good meaning, u might want to stick to it until u got ur mother's permission even if u like so much another name
well thats just my humble opinion

Well you can add it as a middle name- many women in Bangladesh have 2 names in their full name, for example:

Sarah Tabassum binte Saleh

Aisha Zarifa Iqbal

and so on....very common in Bangladesh, so maybe you could have a name like Shazia Khadija bint so and so.
