The charging of usury/riba etc first came from the Jews who charged only gentiles. Also, not paying a kaffir for a bill you owe, would be following the path of the Jews. Making different rules for others that are not muslim, makes us no different than the kaffir. We treat no one any different. We can't be like the Jews, we must be the light. And Allah knows best.
