Can't pronounce 'ayn!

I'm learning Arabic and I've learned all the other letters, but I find ayn and hamza completely hard to say.

How do you say them? Anyone wish to help me?

Both come from the depth of your throat , Hamzah you can pronounce it as you do whine ..
