Problem Change password

I'm trying to change my password, but it keeps telling me that my old password is wrong...yet I know it's not because I'm logging in with it. Got an email and it tells me my password has been reset, so I go to use it and the site tells me it's an invalid password. Plus, in the past I updated my email address, but I noticed I still have to login using my old email address. Any suggestions??
