Unfortunately original picture is disappeared but method is this:

1. Melt chocolate.
2. Blow balloons.
3. Dip balloons to melted chocolate.
4. Let chocolate solidify.
5. Prick balloon by needle and you have chocolate cups for desserts, ice cream etc.
