I found a link that is pretty interesting - especially with all the problems Muslims have been having with Denmark recently! Denmark has the highest per-capita pork consumption in the world (I thought it would have to be an Asian country like China, but I was wrong!). The data is a couple years old, but it can't have changed drastically.
