    does anyone have a easy reciepe for gujrela? [i don't know if the spelling is right], u could call it carrot halwa.

    i tried it once but the reciepe was so complicated. i would like an easy reciepe please.

    Gajar ka Halwa

    [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Milk[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1 litre[/FONT]
    [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Whole dried milk (mawa)[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]200 grams[/FONT]
    [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Sugar[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]2 cups[/FONT]
    [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Ghee[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]2 tbsp[/FONT]
