Of course those are not contradictions, anyone that knows little bit of science would not be confused. And that title of ''Jesus vs. Mohammed'' ....how many times we have to say is not a competition, is about having the correct view of events, prophets and religious messages.
The Quran says: "(we sent) Messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allaah after Messengers." [Quran 4: 165] To each their own.
May Allah give us the right intentions and learn before we accuse. Ameen

You are right it is not a competition. Yahweh who loves us all does not wish us to have enmity between us.
