The Prophet (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said:

Whoever recites {Qul Huwallaahu Ahad) [ Suraatul Ikhlaas ] 10 times , Allah will build for him a PALACE in paradise

Also another saheeh hadith mentions who ever recites Surrah Ikhlas once gets the reward of 1/3 of the Quran therefore reading it 3 times get you reward of reading the whole Quran.
