Since you asked, I think that "Leadership is a HUGE responsibility, NOT an honor"
Why more people don't see this, I don't understand at all. A leader is accountable for his people, a leader will be asked about his people, a leader must take care of his people. This is NOT an EASY job at all.
It's great to look above and beyond... but I change starts from all of us individuals, from the inside. We have to change ourselves, gain and spread Islamic knowledge, afterwards perhaps it will spread to the world.

Creating one Muslim Ummah would be like being the 102nd Caliph of Islam (which you would be). Dangerous business since many countries that were once part of the Islamic Caliphate are now Christian; leading to riots by seperatists in places such as Spain or France.
