Smile for Allah
:salam2:

I heard that Saudi Arabia is going for 30 fasts - they decided to sight the moon this year, but couldn't.

Can anyone confirm please? Though SouthEast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) have Eid on Tuesday.

You'll have to see what your community is following. You could go with local sighting or global sighting but the more correct opinion is to go with global sighting, especially with the ease of communications and technology we have today.
