yikes it came out garbled

after downloading the dic,, i type the word tell it came out all garbled
ÌÒÇß Çááå ßá ÎíÑ ÇÎì ÇáÚÒíÒ æÇÊãäì ÇÎæÇääÇ ÇáãÓáãíä ÇáÇÌÇäÈ

this is suppose to be arabic using roman alphabets,, more hair dropping fm me old head here,, wheres the tonic,,,Bro Avocado

Probably you have to install first the arabic font in your windows. It include in the windows CD Installer.
