I havent viewed these vids uptill now but I think they are of general hameed gul, the DG ISI in times of Afghan Jihad against Russia. I love this person.

InshALLAH, i will translate it into english. If moderator doesnt moderate it by saying its not related to islam or dawah while they didnt moderate the other one by brother salem and said its a NEW article :)

:salam2:

These videos are of General Javeed Nasir (retired). General Hameed Gul is the other awesome general. The distinction between both of the these generals is that General Javeed Nasir has beard while General Hameed Gul does not. Plus General Javeed Nasir is attached to Tablige Jammat.

I guess Moderators will have no problem with it. Moderators are also Human beings. And trust me being moderator is not an easy Job. All the flue is being transmitted to them for everything. We should be patient and keep on doing good stuff AND WE SHOULD SUPPORT THEM FOR TAKING OUT GREAT DEAL OF TIME.

InshALLAH, i will translate it into english

Thank you so much Brother.:ma: May Allah reward you for this. I am having my finals about 2 weeks from now so Do remember me in your prayers. Ok gotta go to class now ..5 min left..:)

This is the problem with us (I mean Muslims). For some unknown reason they did not show the face of the person. We are curious. Digging into and speculating the person is so and so and so and so.....

Who knows the person who gave the interview is afraid of showing himself for some reason. Who knows? Allaahu A'lam.

Why we bring light on to his face?

I don't know what he said because I don't know Urdu.
May Allaah protect all of us from evil.

:wasalam: you are becoming a critical thinker hmmm....Mashallah thats a good sign.....KEEP IT UP

For many MUSLIMS taking pictures is HARAM. Any many people think of that way in Pakistan too. They don't take pictures except when it is must. That is the only reason behind not showing his face.

He is not the only one to do ...there are many great personalities (Ulemas, scholars) who do the same thing.....some on them have part of tv shows and not a glimpse of their body is seen..only voice.....while some of them don't show their face
so the bottom line is ITS NOTHING PERSONAL ON HIS BEHALF ...ITS ONLY AN ISLAMIC ISSUE......

Do not worry....one of the brother is working to translate that....My Urdu is not so good so its difficult for me to translate.....plus i m having my finals...so do pray for me...

When you will read the translation your opinion will change....inshallah

Critical thinker... May Allaah protect from evil thoughts. Please make Dua'a.

Brother AlQurtubi translated the interview and it is in a new thread. Well, as you said it could be the reason as you said.
