WARNING! Ismali mosque included as well,
Includes 1559 locations in the following areas:
•United States: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY
•Canada: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK
•some may be in: DC, MEX, ND (near a border)
All the Masjid / Masjids / Mosque / Mosques in North America (both USA and Canada). Addresses have been compiled from different islamic web sites. I've also tried to combine other POI files. Now I'm working on a book that lists all the masjid details including phone numbers. I'll start calling all the numbers to confirm addresses. I'm also working on a POI project for Halal Restourants in North America. Will be posted soon inshallah.
INSTRUCTION for garmin device:
1. download the garmin poi loaded from website and install
2. connect you garmin device to computer using the USB
3. goto the Garmin POI loaded program
4. click next until you see browse section and copy the Mosque garmin folder and finish.
5. unplugged the garmin device from computer
6. if you using garmin NUVI, check under EXTRA.
