Greek chocolate and nut balls

Ingredients
Makes: 36 small balls

500g semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
150g walnuts, finely chopped
175g peanuts, unsalted, finely chopped
175g almonds, finely chopped
3 tablespoons caster sugar, plus more for rolling
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preparation method
Prep: 40 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Roll into small balls, then roll again in some sugar.
