Can lead
"Men are the leaders of the women, because Allah swt has preferred some of them over others and because they spend their wealth ..."( Sura An-Nisa 'verse 34)
Men are the maintainers of women because Allah swt has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah swt has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah swt is High, Great.
In prayer (solat) only man can be an imam!
It haram and not allow at all for woman inleading solat prayer for gender of mans or boys where ever in mosque or any home and at all!Leading prayer is by mean of to be a man even that have to be a boy(reach puberty) and if there none then prayer be perform by herself only.
Prophet Nabi s.a.w Hadith:
Allah swt messenger prophet Muhammad s.a.w in his alhadith said:"Don't woman be an imam in leading prayer for all in man gender!(HR. Ibnu Majah)
Prophet Nabi s.a.w Hadith:
Allah swt messenger prophet Muhammad s.a.w in his alhadith said:The rasulullah prophet Muhammad s.a.w instructed Ummu Waraqah(a female) to only lead prayer within woman and girls in her house.
